Blue Prince: All Safe Locations and Solutions
How to find the combination to all seven safes on Mt. Holly.
If you’re gonna make it through each day, you’re going to need some extra cash, which is where Allowance Tokens come in. These permanent upgrades each give you two extra gold at the start of every day, and most of them can be picked up multiple times!
Inside of Puzzle Boxes
Scattered across Mt. Holly there are some interesting small boxes with colored tiles on the front. These areMora Jai puzzle boxes, each of which requires the player to place four tiles of the same color in the four corners of the 3x3 grid (depending on the symbol on each corner). Inside each of these boxes is an Allowance Token.

If you find you’ve gotten yourself stuck in a puzzle, don’t forget you may select and click on one of the symbols on each corner to reset the board!
Reaching The Antechamber
Upon entering theAntechamber, a podium rises up in the center bearing a small note, a Basement Key, and an allowance token. So far, this has been repeated every single time we have entered the Antechamber, so if you know where the levers are hidden on the map, it’s an easy way to make a couple of bucks every day!

Completing Experiments in the Laboratory
It’s random, but one of the best ways to add gold to your allowance is to start an experiment in the laboratory with the reward “add 1 gold to your allowance.” This is a theoretically infinite source of allowance tokens, making it the easiest way to increase your daily starting wallet.
We recommend shooting for the “every time you dig up junk” experiment, or maybe goin for “every time you eat an apple” or “for every bedroom you draft after the second.”
Solving the Sigil Puzzles
If you’ve made it to Room 46, you’ll have found out that there are still more mysteries to solve on Mt. Holly. There are a total of 8 Sanctum Keys to be found in the game, each of which opens one of the eight doors next to the north antechamber lever in the Underpass.
Inside each of these rooms is aSigil Puzzle,which you must solve by studying the history and geography of the eight realms of Blue Prince. Once you solve a puzzle, two paths will open up, one of which leads to an extra-difficult puzzle box with an Allowance Token inside, adding up to a total of 8 tokens (or 16 permanent gold).
Using Safe Deposit Box Keys in the Vault
The Vault is an expensive room to draft at a whopping three coins, but it has more use than a big pile of coins. The lock boxes inside can be opened, with all of them containing allowance tokens.
There are a total of four boxes to open, and we’ve found safe deposit box keys in all sorts of places, includingsmall chestsand even thetrading post.
Solving the Room 8 Puzzle
One hard-to-reach spot with an allowance token up for grabs isRoom 8, the mysteriously missing room found only on the 8th rank with a Room 8 key. If you want to reach this room, you’ll need to draft (and complete) the Gallery, which we have thankfully made ahelpful guidefor.
Hidden around Mt. Holly
