The two tasks have their own set of conditions that will have to be fulfilled by the players. However, EA Sports has kept the conditions of both tasks pretty reasonable. This will allow beginners to complete the SBC as well, who might not have too much high-rated fodder.

The two tasks combined require the use of at least one TOTS or TOTW card. As TOTS cards currently have a lot of supply on the market, it’s better to use them instead of Team of the Week items.
