The MMORPGThe Elder Scrolls Onlinerecently revealed new details about the upcoming chapterHigh Islewhich will be released in June. However, there is no need to wait to start your Legacy of the Breton journey as players can jump into the game for free this week during the free-play period whichruns until April 26thfor PC, Xbox (Xbox Live Gold required), Playstation and Stadia. As for the prologue quest for the High Isle, players can pick up the quest Ascending Doubt for free from the Crown Store to begin their adventure.
For those who have participated in Free Play Events before, you can pick up where you left off. If you decide to purchase the game to continue playing after the free play period, progress also carries over. The free play event grants access to the base game which includes 23 story zones, access to four classes, Battlegrounds and Alliance War, PvP plus much more. The base game now also includes the Morrowind DLC which also wasrecently announced to be free for everyone.
