God of War Ragnarokwill receive new content in celebration of the saga’s 20th anniversary. Additionally, PlayStation has unveiled new merchandise related to Kratos’ adventures.
New Content Coming to God of War Ragnarok
OnMarch 22, it will be20 years since the release of the first God of War(in the U.S.), and PlayStation has announced some exciting updates to mark this special occasion—some of which directly impactGod of War Ragnarok.
“As we reflect on the past two decades of God of War, we want to celebrate this milestone with you by sharing the exciting things we have planned for the anniversary,” saidGrace Orlady, community manager atSanta Monica Studio, in a post on thePlayStation Blog.
Dark Odyssey Armor Set for Ragnarok
The biggest gift for fans is theDark Odyssey armor set and skinforGod of War Ragnarok. This visual set is inspired by theworking titleoriginally planned for the game and theoutfit awarded to players who completed God of War II in God Mode.
