You can select this mission once you have completed theLeave No Man Behind task. You’ll have to look for a doctor’s office located in the nearby town. However, the item you’re looking for is a key, which will unlock this office. Here are the coordinates of the medical supplies that vary with your faction:

The key to the Doctor’s office drops at random, and it’s one of the more accessible items to obtain. You can get them by killing criminals in the starter town. Once you shoot down an enemy, make sure to interact with their body and backpack to loot all items. Usually, it shouldn’t take you more than 6-7 kills on average to find the doctor’s key required to unlock the door.

Once you have the key, proceed to the map squares mentioned in this guide. The Doctor’s office is easy to notice and has a green sign with a medical symbol on it. This sign is located on top of the building, so that’s your clue. Use the key to unlock the door, and head inside. You will notice the medical supplies along with a stretcher.

Once you enter the room, your quest objective will be updated, requiring you to find out who’s behind the ransacking. Go to the back room, and you’ll notice a desk with a computer on it. You’ll also find a diary on it, which completes the Medical Detective Task. Once you’re back at the base, you can complete the quest from the vendors tab and unlock all the rewards.
