Ninja Theoryhas announced thatSenua’s Saga: Hellblade IIwill launch forPS5 and PS5 Proin the summer of 2025, one year after its debut on Xbox and PC.

The leaks aboutXbox gamescoming toPS5are proving true. First came Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, Forza Horizon 5,and the four confirmed titles in 2024—now it’s clear that more are making their way to Sony’s console.
After the announcement ofGears of War: Reloaded(coming this August), it’s now official thatSenua’s Saga: Hellblade IIis heading to PS5 and PS5 Pro this summer.

This was confirmed by the official Ninja Theory account on Twitter/X (and also by PlayStation), noting that it will be theEnhanced version:
This update will roll out to all versions ofHellblade II, but for PS5, it marks the first appearance of this critically acclaimed title, originally released in May 2024.
Let’s not forget that the firstHellbladewas a timed exclusive for PS4 in 2017 (later released on Xbox One in 2018), so fans of Senua who missed out on Xbox and PC will now be able to continue the journey.
Ninja Theory (who are already working on their next game) confirms thatSenua’s Saga: Hellblade IIis no longer exclusive to Xbox on consoles, as it will be launching on PlayStation 5 in summer 2025. For now, there’s no exact release date or additional details about new features.

TheEnhanced versionincludes visual upgrades and full support for DualSense features, such asadaptive triggersanddynamic vibration.
It’s also expected to support3D audioand take full advantage ofPSSR(PlayStation Super Resolution) technology on PS5 Pro.
This will be the most powerful console version of the game to date.
