While there are multiple approaches, I recommend catching the enemy off-guard is always your best bet. With this in mind, here is how you may clear the second floor in the ‘A Lethal Obsession’ mission in Ready or Not:

The third floor doesn’t have anything special aside from moretraps, but luckily, they’re all on the interior side. Catching Gerard was the toughest task, with him heavily armed and ghillied up despite being naked from the waist down. You should have the least trouble with this spot.

Secure all suspects, ideally without killing any, and secure their guns. If you’ve done this, and completed the “Bring Order to Chaos” objective while finding the Missing Federal Documents, the game will automatically bring you to the clear screen.

It doesn’t matter if you played it slow, as if you took the non-lethal approach, bagged all weapons, secured Gerard, and found the documents, you’ll get an S-Ranking.
