The Basics

An Upgrade
Axes aren’t just for chopping down trees. They have become popular weapons in the combat community, dealing significantly more attack damage than swords, although slower. Like swords, axes are crafted from six main materials: wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond and netherite.

Mending and unbreaking enchantments will ensure your axe lasts combat and the day-to-day work chopping trees. Basic Long Range
Bows are the original long-range combat items. With a large variety of arrows you can use to load them up, no enemy is safe no matter how far away. There are three main types of arrows: regular, spectral, tipped. Regular arrows do a basic amount of damage, spectrals highlight the hit mob/player for a brief period of time and tipped arrows can be combined with different potion effects.
They have no set damage or speed as it depends on how much you charge the bow. Bow enchantments include infinity, which will mean you’ll only ever need one arrow to load up your bow.
