There is only one more step to become a Vizard inType Soul, but it is a step that requires a lot of grinding. To become a Vizard inType Soul, you need tocollect five to ten Hogyoku Fragments. While collecting five to ten resources inType Soulseems easy, the hard part about this is that Hogyoku Fragments are hard to get thanks to low drops and being gatekept behind raids.
The only way to get Hogyoku Fragments is totake part in and defeat the boss during specific raids. The only raids that reward Hogyoku Fragments are those that take place at home base locations like Hueco Mundo, Quincy Place (which is where you canbecome a Quincy), Soul Society, and other home bases like those.
