Hollow Knight: Silksong Mentioned Again in Xbox
It has been six years sinceHollow Knight: Silksongwas announced and introduced to the public, instantly becoming one of the most highly anticipated indie games worldwide. This long-awaited sequel, unfortunately, still has no confirmed release date, and we have only seen a couple of trailers so far.
While Team Cherry assured in January that the game’s development is still progressing and that the day will come when we can finally play it, Microsoft has now listedHollow Knight: Silksongin an article on its official website, mentioning it as part of the “incredible” lineup of indie games coming to Xbox.
Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean anything beyond a reminder that the game will be available on Xbox Game Pass when it officially launches. However, it’s always reassuring to see a publisher like Microsoft reaffirming that plans for the game remain unchanged.
The Long Wait Continues
Many fans are growing increasingly impatient due to the lack of updates on this sequel to one of the greatest masterpieces in recent years. However, others continue to trust in Team Cherry’s work, urging patience.

Hollow Knight: Silksongwill once again deliver a challenging Metroidvania experience, this time starring Hornet, one of the secondary characters from the original game.
