For now,Phantom Blade Zerois a PS5 console exclusive, though S-GAME has hinted it might eventually release on Xbox and other platforms. Earlier plans for a playable demo in 2024 were postponed to 2025, and while a release date remains unknown, exciting updates are just days away.
The officialPhantom Blade Zero Twitter/Xaccount has announced a new gameplay trailer debuting on August 14, 2025. The trailer will showcase a boss fight to commemorate the Chinese New Year, marking the start of the Year of the Snake.
Details on the Phantom Blade Zero Trailer
S-GAME has confirmed that the gameplay trailer will premiere on Tuesday, January 21, at 8:00 PM PST. For viewers in Spain, it will go live early on January 22, at 5:00 AM.
The trailer is expected to be available on PlayStation’s official YouTube channel and S-GAME’s social media platforms.
The video will feature another boss battle, following the reveal of Commander Cleave and Tie Sha in earlier previews, and will highlight new combat mechanics. This intense battle aims to showcase Phantom Blade Zero’s evolution as a game that blends hack-and-slash elements with RPG and soulslike influences.
What We Know So Far
Set to release in 2025,Phantom Blade Zerois being developed by S-GAME and will be published by Sony PlayStation for PS5 and PC (via Steam).
