Rumors stemming from a recent leak on Square Enix’s long-awaitedKingdom Hearts 3action-RPG, has been making the rounds, showcasing what looks to be an unannounced Monsters, Inc. world for the game.

This all began when a member from ResetEra called “Wrestleman”, opened up a thread with the following images. They feature protagonist Sora, along with Donald and Goofy donning monster costumes much like the human character Boo, from the Monsters, Inc. animation, did. We also get to see the movie’s star duo, Sully and Mike Wazowski in both screenshots.
Wrestleman explains that:
I have no idea if these are legitimate, but they seem pretty convincing. I have no idea what the source of them is. The person who sent them to me got them from a different person who also did not give a source. The person only told my acquaintance ‘got them from a friend who got them from an FTP server where they were quickly removed afterwards.
At the moment, there hasn’t been any confirmation as to whether these are fakes, but the console command on one of the pictures seem to suggest otherwise. Either way, we’ll be keeping a close watch on this story for any development.
