All Weapons, Ammo, & Attachments | S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2

Equip yourself for the The Zone in this post-apocalyptic gauntlet.

While the game lacks a clear division between boss battles and regular fights, there are encounters more special and brutal than the rest. Below arethe ten toughest battles players will face in the game.

Just Shoot ‘Em

Tyrant is slow, the player is fast. The Arena Champion might be the easiest boss in the game. The Tyrant takes a lot of bullets and can dish out decent damage, but the arena the battle takes place in has plenty of cover. This smart enemy also hangs out around a ton of explosive barrels, which any hardened veteran of shooting games knows how to take advantage of by now.Light a few of the barrels up and concentrate Skif’s ammunition into the white nightmare to take him down relatively easy.

9Bloodsucker

They Really Suck

These common enemies might have more player deaths racked up than any other. They deal tons of damage, especially on early-game players who encounter them, and they turn invisible, making them hard to find and deal significant damage.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl  - 10 Tips And Tricks We Wish We Knew Sooner

Some of these tricks will greatly increase your chances of surviving in The Zone.

In some cases, the player will also discover them when they are low on ammunition, making them difficult and scary for multiple reasons. While not a straight-up boss fight, they are one of the biggest enemy threats in the game.

Stalker 2 - All Weapons & Ammo

Four Against Two Seems Wrong, No?

From the moment the player starts this conversation, it’s clear things are not going to end well. While not as hard as the controller fight the player just went through, being pinned down behind a little cover while four guys jump you is a bad spot to be in. Hog takes a surprising number of hits, and can get surprised easily by being outnumbered. Luckily, you have at least one person on your side, so while the numbers are against you, there is hope.

Not as Tough as the Name Suggests

The first true boss battle on this list, Scar is an intimidating foe with an intimidating name. Scar can be difficult due to his invulnerability, and if the player doesn’t know his weakness, the fight can be difficult. If the player knows about the consoles and to make sure Scar is near the televisions when activating them, however, then the fight is a breeze with a decent enough weapon load-out and good use of healing items.

6Psuedogiant

Nice Doggie

Boy, are these things ugly. These dog-like monstrosities are as tough as they look, needing a lot of hits to go down. Encountering them in a tight space will also leave the player with little room to dodge their swiping attacks. The one encountered in The Arena is not such a threat, but later on there are encounters with this beast at inconvenient times, with little room to move, making them a true threat.

5Controller

Mind Control

You may throw down your controller against these enemies. They are creepy and can throw around the player while commanding an army of zombies to whittle away at your health. They can be attacked at a distance with long-range weapons, but they take a massive beating, and if the player gets too close, they’ll get hit with damaging hallucinations and locked into place. Getting in close with a shotgun might be the best bet or spamming grenades from a distance to avoid mental anguish.

4Col. Korshunov

The colonel is a bullet sponge, and while he has a good shield and jump ability, he’s far from invincible. He also loves to stand in one place and eat damage, making this fight less difficult than some of the other boss battles on this list. The player isalso well-equipped at this point for the challenge, and after some scripted moments most players will come out on top. Players must simply keep their aim up, with a focus on beating him down quickly to end Korshunov’s constant berating.

Removing Its Heads Is Not Enough

A roving enemy tougher than some scripted bosses in the game, Chimeras have taken the lives of many unprepared players. They move very fast, do a lot of damage andpursue the player relentlessly.Players can cheese them using some the environment to block their attack pattern and shoot them with close-range weapons, but one false step and Skif will be down for the count. Players low on ammo know the pain of encountering this beast at the wrong time.

Stop Running And Fight!

Just trying to pin this guy down is hard enough.Strelok spends the battle running, knocking you over and stunning you to not only damage, but aggravate the player into defeat. Fighting him is like fighting The Flash. The fight can also turn into a buggy mess ifStrelok clips out of the arena, making it impossible to defeat him.If the player hits him when stationary and stays away from the anomalies, they can come out victorious.

Always Remember Your Psi-Emitters

The name of the game in this fight is Psi-Emitter removal. Many players have rage-quit from their lack of knowledge or inability to destroy the Psi-Emitters Faust loves to parade around, while his endless clones attack and shoot at the player draining their health. Players without proper gear and weapons also suffer greatly in this fight, as those without ammo do not have the resources to target Faust’s emitters. The final battle is the most difficult, but patient Stalkers can overcome the OG Stalker and beat the game.
